Should 13 years old boy play video game?

Video games have a good side and a bad side. The good side is that you can relax and communicate with people online The bad side is that when they too addicted to the game, they will do violence stuff in the real world, such as hitting people, bully, or even kill them. I still think that boys can still play game if they control it, not they control you.
